  • Country
  • Date of birth
  • Optional e-mail address

We process the aforementioned data in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 a and b DSGVO. Without the data we cannot conclude and/or process a contract with you.

3/ Who works with the data?

3.1

The personal data will be used exclusively by the parties involved in the execution of the contract.

3.2

Order processors employed by us (Art. 28 DSGVO, basis for this: Art. 6 para. 1 a and b DSGVO) may also receive data for the above-mentioned purposes. These are companies in the categories of IT services, logistics, printing services, telecommunications, debt collection, consulting and advisory services, and sales and marketing. We store the data received mainly on our own servers, but also partly on servers of specialised service providers within Germany.

We work together with logistics service providers / transport companies to ensure the dispatch of goods: The following data can be passed on to these for the purpose of delivering the ordered goods or - if necessary - for announcing them: First name, surname, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number (e.g. for forwarding agent announcements). The legal basis for the processing of the data is Article 6 paragraph 1 b) DSGVO.

3.3

Depending on the payment method you choose (credit card, PayPal, Apple-Pay, Google-pay, Klarna), we transmit certain information (in particular the payment amount) to the payment service provider. The respective service provider processes the transmitted data and, if necessary, collects your data on its own responsibility. The legal basis for the processing of the data is article 6 paragraph 1 b) DSGVO.

PayPal

If payment is made via the PayPal payment service, the payment data will be forwarded to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal") as part of the processing. PayPal reserves the right to carry out a credit check for the payment methods credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or - if offered - "purchase on account" via PayPal. PayPal uses the result of the credit assessment with regard to the statistical probability of non-payment for the purpose of deciding on the provision of the respective payment method. The credit report may contain probability values (so-called score values). If score values are included in the result of the credit report, they are based on a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical procedure. Among other things, address data is included in the calculation of the score values.

Apple Pay

If you choose the payment method "Apple Pay" of Apple Distribution International, Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland, ("Apple"), the payment will be processed via the "Apple Pay" function of your iOS, watchOS or macOS-operated terminal by debiting a payment card deposited with "Apple Pay". Apple Pay uses security features integrated into the hardware and software of your device to protect your transactions. In order to authorise a payment, it is therefore necessary to enter a code previously defined by you and to verify it using the "Face ID" or "Touch ID" function of your terminal. For the purpose of payment processing, the information you provide during the ordering process, together with the information about your order, will be transmitted to Apple in encrypted form. Apple then re-encrypts this data with a developer-specific key before the data is transmitted to the payment service provider of the payment card stored in Apple Pay for payment processing. The encryption ensures that only the website from which the purchase was made can access the payment data. Once the payment has been made, Apple will send your device account number and a transaction-specific dynamic security code to the originating website to confirm payment. Apple retains anonymized transaction information, including the approximate amount of the purchase, the approximate date and time, and whether the transaction was completed successfully. Anonymisation completely eliminates the possibility of personal identification. Apple uses the anonymised data to improve Apple Pay and other Apple products and services. When you use Apple Pay on iPhone or the Apple Watch to complete a purchase made through Safari on Mac, the Mac and the authorization device communicate through an encrypted channel on Apple's servers. Apple does not process or store this information in a format that can identify you personally. You can disable the ability to use Apple Pay on your Mac in your iPhone preferences. Go to "Wallet & Apple Pay" and disable "Allow payments on Mac".

Google Pay

If you choose the payment method "Google Pay" of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"), the payment processing is carried out via the "Google Pay" application of your mobile device operated with at least Android 4.4 ("KitKat") and having an NFC function by charging a payment card deposited at Google Pay or a payment system verified there (e.g. PayPal). For the release of a payment via Google Pay in the amount of more than EUR 25.00, the prior unlocking of your mobile device by the respective verification measure set up (such as face recognition, password, fingerprint or pattern) is required. For the purpose of payment processing, your information provided during the ordering process, together with the information about your order, will be forwarded to Google. Google then transmits your payment information stored in Google Pay in the form of a uniquely assigned transaction number to the originating website, which is used to verify that payment has been made. This transaction number does not contain any information about the real payment data of your means of payment deposited with Google Pay, but is created and transmitted as a uniquely valid numeric token. For all transactions via Google Pay, Google acts only as an intermediary to process the payment transaction. The transaction is carried out exclusively in the relationship between the user and the source website by debiting the means of payment deposited with Google Pay. Google reserves the right to collect, store and evaluate certain transaction-specific information for each transaction made via Google Pay. This includes the date, time and amount of the transaction, merchant location and description, a description provided by the merchant of the goods or services purchased, photos that you attached to the transaction, the name and email address of the seller and buyer or the sender and recipient, the payment method used, your description of the reason for the transaction and, if applicable, the offer associated with the transaction. According to Google, this processing is carried out exclusively in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 f) DSGVO on the basis of a legitimate interest in proper billing, verification of transaction data and optimisation and maintenance of the functionality of the Google Pay service. Google also reserves the right to combine the processed transaction data with other information which is collected and stored by Google when using other Google services.

Klarna

If you choose a Klarna payment service, payment will be processed by Klarna Bank AB (publ) [https://www.klarna.com/de], Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden (hereinafter "Klarna"). In order to enable the processing of the payment, your personal data (name, surname, street, house number, postcode, city, gender, e-mail address, telephone number and IP address) as well as data related to the order (e.g. invoice amount, item, delivery method) will be passed on to Klarna for the purpose of identity and credit assessment, provided that you have expressly agreed to this in accordance with article 6 paragraph 1 a) DSGVO during the ordering process. To which credit agencies your data can be forwarded you can see here: https://cdn.klarna.com/1.0/shared/content/legal/terms/0/de_de/credit_rating_agencies. The credit report may contain probability values (so-called score values). If score values are included in the result of the credit report, they are based on a scientifically recognised mathematical-statistical procedure. The calculation of score values includes, but is not limited to, address data. Klarna uses the information obtained on the statistical probability of payment default to make a balanced decision on the establishment, execution or termination of the contractual relationship. You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending a message to the data controller or to Klarna. However, Klarna may still process your personal data if this is necessary to process your payment in accordance with the contract.

If you make use of your statutory rights of revocation and/or warranty rights with regard to the purchased goods, we will process your data for the purpose of this processing.

The data will not be passed on to third parties who are not involved in the execution of the contract. In particular, personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organisation.

Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service provided by Google Inc, 600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (Google Inc). When you click on an ad placed by Google, a conversion tracking cookie is placed on your computer.
